You're too kind Kathleen, when you rate my skills, but I thank you.  Lately I have been too tired to feel like drawing or painting.  I have not even played on the keyboard.  Instead I have been trying to address Christmas cards, so they can be mailed.  We plan to leave for ABQ next week on Thursday or Friday.  Much depends upon the weather at that time.  The most important thing for me to concentrate on henceforth, is to watch where I step, and to stay on my two feet.  My balance is not as good as it used to be.  I can't afford any more falls.  The three that I have had this year, are three too many.....especially at my age.  My good luck for not getting any breaking bones from the falls won't hold out forever if I keep doing this.  Tonight after dinner, I baked two dozen mini pecan muffins.  I am taking them to ABQ to share with our girls on Thanksgiving Day.  Anyone who likes Pecan Pie, will like these muffins.  I got the recipe from a friend who lives in Tonawanda, NY.  I will send the recipe to you via email.  If you don't care for pecan pie, bake some anyway.   Share them with friends or family.  It is a sure bet someone is going to ask you for the recipe.  They are a little too rich to indulge in frequently, but sure to be a hit at a bridge game, or a potluck dinner.  I like the recipe because it does not call for many items, but you MUST have a mini muffin pan.  I bought one (silicone) in Walmart several weeks ago, made the muffins twice and shared some with a neighbor. Two days ago I purchased a second mini muffin pan at Walmart.  Now, while the first batch is baking in the oven, I can mix up a second batch.  :iconmuffinsplz:
